Working With Artsake

Artsake works with interior designers, developers, purchasing groups, hotel owners and operators, architects, and other trade professionals across hospitality, multi-residential, corporate, and commercial projects.

We provide a complete art solution, from curation and artwork selection through customization, production, framing, and delivery. Whether you need a handful of pieces or artwork across an entire property, we can tailor the process to the scale and needs of your project.

Not at all. In fact, that's where we can be most helpful. Send us your renderings, plans, design direction, inspiration, or simply tell us about the project. Our team can develop a curated artwork proposal based on the space, aesthetic, quantities, and budget.

Yes. We can develop cohesive collections for guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, amenity spaces, restaurants, offices, common areas, and other environments. Collections can vary throughout a property while maintaining a consistent visual direction.

Look Books & Customization

Absolutely. Trade members can explore our collection and build personalized Look Books directly from the website. Add artwork, select sizes and finishes, include project sidemarks, and create a focused collection for your project.

A Look Book is a personalized presentation of artwork you're considering for a project. It gives you an easy way to organize selections, share them internally or with clients, and continue refining the collection with our team.

Yes. Artwork can be adapted to suit individual projects, including custom sizing, orientation, framing, color adjustments, cropping, and other modifications where appropriate. We can also develop custom artwork for projects requiring something more specific.

Production & Artists

Artsake works with a team of local artists, each specializing in different styles, techniques, and mediums. Our creative team develops the concepts and artistic direction, then commissions the artist best suited to bring each piece to life. Because these works are created from Artsake's original concepts rather than the artist's own body of work, they are presented under the Artsake collection and are not individually artist-signed.

Our canvas artwork begins with a high-resolution image captured from an original piece of art. It is reproduced on authentic artist canvas using high-quality, UV-resistant inks designed for lasting color and detail. Each canvas is professionally stretched over stretcher bars and finished in a gallery-quality frame, giving it the look, texture, and presentation of traditionally framed artwork.

Our photo art is produced from high-resolution photographic imagery printed on premium-quality paper for exceptional clarity and detail. Each piece is protected behind UV-resistant acrylic glass and finished in a gallery-quality frame, creating a polished presentation designed for both residential and commercial environments.

Our artwork is produced and assembled in the USA and Canada, allowing us to maintain consistent quality, dependable lead times, and greater control throughout production.

Yes. Our production is built to scale, from individual spaces to projects requiring hundreds or thousands of pieces. We maintain consistency across artwork, sizing, framing, and finishing throughout large-volume orders.

Lead times depend on the size, complexity, and customization of each project. Standard production is typically approximately 10 to 12 business days following final approval and order confirmation. Larger or highly customized projects may require additional time.

Samples can be arranged when required for project approval, including artwork, print, material, or framing samples depending on the project.

Yes. For qualifying projects, we can help visualize proposed artwork within the space through elevations, mockups, or renderings, making it easier for project teams and clients to review scale, placement, and overall direction before production.

Sizing & Framing

Yes. Our collection is available in a range of standard sizes designed to accommodate hospitality, residential, and commercial applications. Custom sizing is also available for projects requiring specific dimensions.

We offer a selection of commercial-quality framing options and finishes. Frame selections can be coordinated across an entire project or varied depending on the artwork and location.

Yes. Artwork is delivered fully assembled and prepared for installation. Appropriate hanging hardware can be specified based on the project requirements, including security hardware where required.

Artsake does not directly perform installation. We can, however, coordinate artwork specifications and placement information with your installer, contractor, or property team to help ensure a smooth installation.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes. We regularly coordinate project deliveries throughout the United States and Canada. Shipping requirements and costs are determined based on the size, quantity, destination, and logistics of each project.

Yes. International shipping can be arranged depending on the project. Our team can coordinate freight and provide the necessary documentation for international deliveries.

If an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly with photographs of the artwork and packaging. Our team will review the issue and coordinate a replacement when appropriate.

Because artwork is produced specifically for each approved project, orders are generally considered final once production begins. Any project-specific cancellation, change, or replacement terms will be outlined as part of your quotation or order documentation.
